Care instructions
Every item in my shop is machine washable, but I suggest that you hang dry or machine dry on a low setting to prevent shrinking.
How long does it take to receive my item once I place my order?
Honestly, it depends on how many orders are ahead of you and how many items you order. I try to get orders out as quickly as possible, assuming that I receive all required measurements. Any orders that are placed with priority express shipping will automatically be moved to the front of the line and get into the mail within a day of purchase (M-F).
Custom and personalized orders
I typically fill orders Monday - Friday.
Returns and Exchanges
Since every bag is made to order for each pet based specifically on their unique measurements and needs, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if there is a major fit issue with your pet's bag, please send me a message and I will be happy to alter the bag for you, free of charge.
